Leigh Anne has been teaching mathematics since graduating from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in May 2012. She has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in secondary education. 

She has taught a variety of math courses ranging from 6th grade math all the way up to Calculus 2. Her favorite math courses are Algebra 1 and Precalculus, but she loves anything and everything to do with math. She loves to find the practical applications of math to help students more tangibly grasp abstract concepts. 

When she isn’t watching math and science videos for fun, she and her husband Kyle enjoy spending time outdoors with their dogs, watching Alabama football in the fall, and spending time with family.
